| Vacancy - Assistant Sales Manager, Offshore Equipment |
Due to continued growth within the department, Cargostore is looking to appoint a suitable applicant to the new position of Assistant Sales Manager for our Offshore Equipment Department.
The new role will report to the Vice President - Offshore, and will be responsible for;
- Developing the rental and sales market for DNV off shore Cargo Carrying Units to the international energy sector. You will be responsible for expanding the department's international coverage by developing your contacts and relationships as well as servicing existing customers.
- Managing fleet control, recording & monitoring equipment utilisation and producing management information,
- Providing the Vice President - Offshore with data to enable the manager to be accountable for the financial profitability of the Offshore Equipment Department,
- Coordinating our expanding global network of offices, agents and supply bases to further drive sales,
- Developing KPIs with clients that clearly monitor CCU and asset performance,
- Coordinate our marketing and in particular arrange our presence at a number of exhibitions worldwide each year,
- Deputise for the Vice President - Offshore in his absence.
Ideally we would like you to have in excess of five years experience in the Offshore Industry including time with one of the oil and gas majors or with one of their key service providers. We will also consider applicants with a more varied background in logistics, shipping or transportation. Experience in equipment rental and sales including direct involvement with the offshore industry or in the international container leasing sector, will be an advantage.
You will be expected to travel internationally as part of a coordinated marketing brief. The position will be based at our head office in Wimbledon, London.
Your salary and employment package will be commensurate with experience.
