Cargostore offers a full range of containers designed and tested to DNV 2.7-1 / EN 12079 specifications. Such equipment offers the unique flexibility of being fully ISO certified for carriage by sea/rail/road and at the same time it can transport cargo direct to offshore facilities. The lack of a requirement to tranship the cargo between two equipment types greatly improves material security, reduces the incidence of damage and allows for point to point tracking of a single container
from source to destination.
20ft (6m) units are fully ISO compatible having corner castings for top lifting and vehicle securing and fork lift pockets to offer multiple handling options. A range of cargo restraining points and a checker plate floor aid material safety.
In DNV mode, the containers are supplied with pad eyes and dedicated slings for offshore deployment. On closed containers anti slip roofs provide offshore personnel a more secure platform on which to work.
Equipment can by provided in various sizes - 10ft, 20ft and 40ft (closed and open top), half height units (for drilling pipe and dense loads), mini containers and baskets where deck space is a premium.
To reduce storage space, all equipment types are stackable. |
